Any clues about the "OFF" button not working on electronic control panel of a Kitchenaid gas range - KGSI901?

We've been setting the timed bake feature to 1 minute as a work around to get it to shut off, but hoping to fix this.

Any and all help appreciated!

anyone knows what to do with this issue.... I haven't called the kitchenaid service dept, since I already know they will want to send in a guy that will charge me 150$ just to show up... My mother in law got the same problem and being on warranty, they simply removed and replaced the faceplate... but mine ran out of warranty about 1 week ago... Gotta love this!

model: kgra806

I'll try to dig something up and post it on here ....
