Any tips on removing the level-shock? I believe it is held in by the pin-level. It is plastic and looks like it pops off somehow. Before I break it, I thought I would ask for suggestions. I have the back off the washer. Just wondering if taking the front or bottom off would make the job easier.
Much appreciated & Happy Holidays

The shocks are held in with two plastic pins.Select a deep well socket that will depress the tab on the pin, and drive it out with a punch.
