I have done all the troubleshooting suggestions in the owner's manual but dryer still won't heat. Where is the fuse located in the dryer? I have the top off but have not pulled the back off yet.

How handy. When I took the top off the dryer I found the technician's troubleshooting guide stuck to the upper right side of the unit. Two screws later I had the toe panel off (the section under the drum) and I could measure the thermistors and heating element. Found that the heating element had burned in two (measured as an opend circuit with ohm meter). Found a heating element locally and had the dryer drying within 30 minutes.
The power checks are actually in the user's manual, but if it is more than just no power present you won't find how to troubleshoot in that manual.
