This morning I noticed my GE referigerator had a pool of water on the floor. Upon further investigation I found out that both the freezer compartment and the regular compartment is not cooling at all and the frozen food items have thawed. I can hear a humming sound that tells me something is running but not sure. Any help is greatly appreciated

What you most likel here runing is the fans. What your problem will most likely be is the motherboard. If you pull the refrigerator out, on the back of the refrigerator is a panel, behind that panel is the motherboard. It is easy to replace. That should do it. Tom ApplianceEducator.com - Parts
