Remove the back panel and check if the compressor is running, it should be warm and vibrating.

Thanks rich for replying.. The inside light comes on but i dont hear anything humming like usual.. I will remove the panel later on to see if there is a fan which should be spinning.. Just in case if i dont see anything spinning or humming is there something else i should check or is the compressor toast? Thanks

Reach in the refrigerator and remove the hole plug, then stick a screwdriver in and turn the defrost timer. If compressor now starts, order a defrost timer.

It is a small plastic plug on the plastic control panel next to the cold control. Behind it is the defrost timer, you need to turn it, probably stuck in defrost.

Hello Rich no luck with the defrost timer...I removed the control panel to turn the timer and it clicks normally when i turn it.. I did see a cable connector unplugged but there was no where to plug it so i guess its used for something else.. I removed the rear lower panel to see if there is anything diconnected but it looks okay.. If you have any other ideas please let me know.. Thanks alot again..

Most probable problem for no power to the condensing fan and compressor is the defrost timer. If the cold control clicks when turned, it's probably good. Just make sure it is turned on. There is a four pin connector plugged in to the timer. Remove it, unplug fridg, and locate the three pins that are isolated from the fourth. Stick a jumper between the middle and outer pin, which I think is for the compressor. Plug fridg in. If still not working, move the jumper to the inner pin. If it now works, you need to replace the timer.
