I have a whirlpool range that has a bad spark board (P/N 8054084). How difficult is it to install the spark board with the included instructions? Can anyone do it with basic tools or is it difficult?

Thanks.

I have a Kenmore, made by Whirlpool, in the same age range. I suspect they are constructed very similarily. Mine comes apart with a #2 Philips or square head screwdriver. Three screws to remove the cover, two in front & one one the rear. It's pretty straight forward.

Good Luck! Jon B.
