is my Heater sub-assembly bad if it is reading no ohms i've check mythermal fuses and their good still not heating up

If the reading shows "∞" Ohms then the heater is bad and has to be replaced. In that case you, probably, can see the broken heating coil too.

- The part number for the heating sub-assembly is AP3988748
