I have no idea What is the model.
There is no mark or any number
Just
Kenmore
I think it is manufactures from SEARS
That is COMBO and looks like the model number witch i posted
There is a solid metal sheet cover the washer back and bottom and no any screws to open it
Please help

See if this help. http://www.appliance411.com/purchase/sears.shtml As you can see, the 970 prefix is a model code for a machine manufactured by Frigidaire for Sears Kenmore, but it is used on ranges and refrigerators, not washer/dryer combos. Frigidaire does make washer/dryer combo's for Sears Kenmore, but they usually have a model number that starts with 417. You may have a Frigidaire combo with an unusual model number. Give us a description of the machine, particularly on the controls, what they are like and where they are situated, between the washer and dryer or on top of the dryer.

  My Kenmore W/D combo looks like this -Kenmore 27 in Super Capacity Laundry Center 97912 I find in Kenmore 27 in Super Capacity Laundry Center 97912 Also In Lowe's they have Frigidaire with the similar shape like mine It is Item # 255916 Model # FEX831FS You will find the picture in Stacked Laundry UnitsAnd again the problem is that the Washer is working ,pomp is working but the spin doesn't -just a noise come from the machine May be is something I could repair if I open it and see the parts If you could help me Thanks

Here is the service model for the Frigidaire version of your machine. Check to see if the transmission pulley will turn easily and see if there is anything caught between the tub and basket or someplace else which would jam things up. http://frigidaireservicetips.com/pdfs/488_3.pdf

Was very very easy
2 screw on the front panel /down/
Lift the body /front/ and push the front panel down /with screw /
The problem was -cut spin belt
