When I set the temp to 34F the actual temp is like 41F. I have replaced the motorized damper and that did not solve the problem. Should I replace the temp control or is it something else

How is the fan in the freezer works? If there is nothing wrong, I would replace the temperature sensor (#22 on the diagram) first. Gene.

Phil,
It should be on a side wall, behind a cover (#23).
Gene.

Hello Gene, Thanks again for your help. I looked in the freezer and fridge sides and cannot locate the temp sensor. There is nothing that looks like the diagram description. Phil

I have a PSC23NSTDSS serial # RL449436. It's only 3 years old and my wife noticed that the refrigerator side wasn't cooling properly. It is set at 35, but the digital reading says its 49. The freezer is set at 0, but it says its 2. The ice is melting in the ice maker. Please help!
Thanks, Chris
