The lower water spinner is cocked a little to the right has just started hitting the heater element hold down. The shaft it spins on is firm. What do I start taking apart?

Does the spray arm move on the shaft side to side? If it does, replace the spray arm.

Lift the spray arm by pulling it straight up and check the washer under the spray arm.

The washer is no longer available.

Well I got into it and found that the cast piece that the spinner spins on had come partially unglued from the screen and there was a little debris lodged between holding it a little cant'ed. To the nice guy Gene that tried to help, I did say that it was firm and didn't move side to side. But I removed the pump screen and removed the spinner shaft cast piece the rest of the way, cleaned it, dried it and reglued it together with overnite dry. Reassemble this morning and works like a charm. Thanks to all who could have helped.

This assemble is called the pump outlet (part #14) and I don't think that it is made to stay together to well. As important as it is, I think it should have had some screws holding it together and making it servicable. Also the blowup picture in the parts picture does not show that this spinner shaft is part of the new $100.00 piece.

Well, it stayed together for a month but the adhesive let go yesterday. Does anybody know what adhesive to use with extremely hot water to glue fiberglass type molded parts together?

The superglue glue didn't hold so I spent the $100 and installed the new water outlet. I also found the upper rack screws thru the tank were loose and leaking for a long time and caused the oak floor to damage. Kitchen aid puts no sealant on these screw and they should all be inspected. If you find any dampness in the lower side insulation, this is the problem. Also the cheapskates put steel nuts on the roller screws so you cannot tighten them. So you have to buy a new set of 4 just to get one. another $20.00. People buy kitchen aid to get the best buy they are no better than anybody else. All junk and built as cheap as possible.
