this morning I discovered that my washing machine did not have any led lights on the touch pad....no power. I checked to see if there was power to the panel, and there is. What part do you think needs replacement. It worked fine yesterday...waiting for your response

My girlfriends washer is doing the same thing. It work with no problems last week, and this week it has no power. Can you please tell me what the problem was with you washer and how much it cost to fix it. I assume it is the control board?

Thanks, Shane

Thanks Gene for your help!

Model Number 110.21082000

I checked it today with an ohms meter it has power going to the
Machine Control panel(electronic) but doesn't seem to have any power leaving it and going to the Motor Control panel(electronic).

mboxCreate('pd_part_details_box_1','profile.partNumber=661639','profile.productGroupId=0026','profile.productSupplierId=110');
So I'm guessing I need to replace the Machine Control panel part #8571359 ?

The fuse in the Motor control checked out okay.

Thanks again, Shane

If there is 120V between the black and the white wires (#2 & #4 at the P16 connector) then most likely the problem is a bad machine control board.

- Manufacturer part number 8571359 for the machine control board is Appliance Parts Pros item number AP3837551
