My dryer quit qorking twice and had to replace the thermal fuse and the second time it seemed it was because of the heating element had a crack in the coil so i replaced that. I had also taken the drum off to inspect other parts . The fan is working fine, pullys are working, belt is tight..but now when I turn the dryer on, the drum won't turn. The motor is running. Is it possible I don't have the idler pully in right, or maybe I don't have the drum set in right?

This is the 3rd time I'm trying to post a reply and it doesn't show up. Is there a diagram that will show exactly where to attach the spring at the bottom? because I've tried it a couple different ways and the belt was too loose then finally got it where the belt was tight and drum still wouldnt turn , that's when i made the first post.
