Our repairman told us we needed a new thermostat for our oven. The price he quoted us was almost more than the price we paid for the stove.

I'm afraid I did not get clear which part do you need. There is no oven thermostat for this model. What exactly is wrong with the oven?

Gene.

Hello Gene,

The oven doesn't heat properly. It takes a long time for the oven to get hot and stay hot. A repairman told us we needed a new thermostat. He also said the thermostat was inside the oven.

How long time takes for the oven burner to light up since you turn the oven "On"?

Gene.
