The lights (Cooktop/Night and Oven) doesn't turn on, the turn-table doesn't spin, and the fan is not coming on. The LCD display comes on and I am able to set the time and set cooking times but when it starts a different hum comes on and it does heat the drinks and the top vent usually Swings open but doesn't.
I replaced the 3 halogen bulbs( 2 Cooktop/Night bulbs was burned out but the Oven wasn't but replaced it anyways) and still doesn't turn on. I checked the 2 fuses and the 3 switches(Door Sense, Monitor, and Primary) using an ohmmeter and works fine.

What should I do next or what part do I need to replace or repair

Thanks

There are two control boards and it's hard to say without a wiring diagram which one controls the surface lights and the turntable motor. If you can post the diagram, it might help.

Here are the breakdown diagrams and Microwave replacement parts for GE JVM2070SK02 | AppliancePartsPros.com

I included the 2 diagrams but from you are saying the 2 parts are as follows:
Diagram Location: 21 Part Number: AP3883401
Diagram Location:130 Part Number: AP3883118

I am hoping and it seems to be that the problem is with the PCB Sub Asm Part Number: AP3883401

Let me know if that is correct, if so I am examining that part right now and doesn't look fried. Does if just go bad?

Thanks

I could not find a pictures for these two boards and unfortunately the diagrams are not very helpful either. There should be a low voltage transformer and a few relays on the board which is responsible for the surface lights, turntable motor and fan.

That could be a different problem with a part in the high voltage part of the microwave. I believe the control board should be replaced first.

Ok I just ordered Diagram Location: 21 Part Number: AP3883401 also known as GE Part Number: WB27X10901 PCB SUB ASM. After some research the other part is GE Part Number: WB27X10900 which is the Smartboard. Will report back once I get the part and test it out. Thanks for your help, I hope that will fix it.

I have the same issue with my microwave. Could you explain to me how you replaced the board. How do you get to the part?
