My icemaker drips water down the front and leaves an trail of ice cycles on my frozen food. It still makes ice. What can it be?

The part that has gone bad is likely the fill valve that regulates water going to the icemaker and also the water dispenser on your door if u have one

I replaced the water solinoid/valves on the back of the fridge. However, the water continues to leak ....down the inside of the freezer leaving ice on the shelves and food. Is there any fix before I order the replacement unit? The Sears #106 is three years old.
