water is pouring out the bottom of refridgerator. i have checked the drip pan and it is dry. what could be causing this?

Did you see water on the bottom of the fresh food compartment?

Did you check the drain hose on the back of the fridge?

yes there is water in the bottom of crisper trays. what do i do?
