the top right button that controls the oven temperature shows oven temperature as its heating up to desired temp, but shuts off as its heating up, thanks, i think its called the clock.......serial number 102138DW

Most likely the problem is a bad control board (clock).

In order to provide the right part number for the clock I need to verify the first two digits of the serial number.
