dryer wont get hot, new element & therm on element

Thanks in advance for any advise, I replaced the heating element and the thermostat on the element and i still get not heat. I flipped the breaker just to see if maybe half was tripped, no change. Im suspect of timer but dont know the first thing on dryer repairs. HELP?

There is also whats called a Thermal fuse (rectangular white fuse with 2 wires going to it) and that fuse is designed to blow out first to save the heating element and thermostat. check the thermal fuse for continuity. if there is no continuity then replace it and the dryer will probably heat up after that. if this is the case then make sure the vent is cleared out and the air is pushing out nice and strong where the bent goes outside because restricted airflow is what causes that fuse to go out.
