While baking and using the stove top, the unit quit putting out heat. The controls seem to work just fine, but none of the elements are working. It even makes clicking sounds, as if it wants to turn on the elements. All functions on the control panel seem to work properly.(timer, clock, etc.) Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The first thing I would do is check the circuit breakers for the range.
The model number you posted does not come up. Verify and repost it.

GEF365BHWA is what is on the sticker. After looking at this site Gibson GEF365BH - YouserGuide maybe GEF365BH would be the same thing?(minus the WA) The SN is VF93031262, if that helps. As far as breakers go, the unit is getting power. Otherwise, the display wouldn't work, right? When I unplug it, the display goes off, and then it comes back on when I plug it in. I will go inspect the fuses, but I don't think that's it.

No, it is wrong because all heating devices in the range need 240VAC (two legs, 120VAC each) while the control board needs 120VAC only. So if one of the two breakers is off, the clock would work but no heat would be produced. Gene.
