I've been told my compact fridge just a little over a yr old has a bad capacitor. I can't find it anywhere. It's a CBB65 8uF+5% 50/60Hz 450VAC 30000h/CL.A 25/85/21 P2 SH
ANHUI TONGFENG
Can anyone help me find it or something that would work?
Thanks

Is the compressor not starting on this fridge? What's the problem besides identifying a capacitor? My frigidaire research only shows cosmetic parts available for this model so if a new relay is needed to attempt starting the compressor you may have to try using a generic solid state type such as the AP3538911 or AP3149131...

thanks for the reply. That is correct the compressor trys to start but shuts down within secounds. I thought it may and it maybe the compressor. I did have it checked the compressor and was told it was ok, the capacitor was determined to be faulty. Thanks again if either one of these generic type are close enough to work I'll give that a try.

Was thanked: 2 time(s) in 2 post(s)
These are oil filled capacitors, very rare they fail. I would just order the start device for the compressor and try it.Just make sure you get the factory original part, and not a substitute.
