Moved my washer to new house. Was working with no problems prior to moving, now washer is out of balance. Any suggestions on how to correct? Thanks, Wendy

Hi Wendy

Take off the cabinet and check the suspension plate and other suspension parts to see if anything is out of whack.

This web site will show you how to open your machine, assuming you have a basic Whirlpool direct drive model.

If you find everything ok, replace the three suspension springs.
