We just installed a microwave/oven unit and are not able to make it work.

It is giving us a fault error message F6 E0.

We live in South America so the visit of a technitian is out of the question and this unit is not being sold here.

Does anybody know if there is technical help over the phone (paying for the call off course). Or does anyone know what could this problem be?

Thank you,
Liliana

Do you mean that it will not download.
I just retried my link and it works for me.
I use Firefox but also checked it using Explorer.

Perhaps give it some more time, it is fairly large 32 Megabyte.

You were right!. I did try again and although it DID downloaded as you said, the page froze!... lol... frustrating.

I will close that file and try to open it with Firefox. We should see. The internet down here in Argentina it is unfortunately slow so it complicates everything.

I will close things down and try again. Thank you

We are still out of luck. Living in Argentina with an appliance that it is not sold here is just very frustrating.
We have technitians here that could fix it if we have the board circuits print outs (I am not sure what they are called). We replaced the left pannel of the front display and now nothing works.
Would it be possible to speak with somebody to guide us? Please. We have this unit installed in the wall and are not able to make it work.
DENMAN helped us last time. Someone came from the US with 2 boards. Replaced one and stopped because he could not fix it.
Someone out there to help us?? please..

Thank you,
Liliana
