My washing machine won't darin, sounds like the motor is hung up. It first had an OE error. The manufacturer said to drain it and clean out the basket in the front. Also said to unplug it and wait 10 minutes. No luck. Any ideas?

You get this error when the CCU detects that the machine has not fully drained after 10 minutes. So you want to determine if it is really not draining, by checking the pump and all of the drain system. If that is ok then the problem is in the sensing mechanism or the CCU, which on these machines is difficult to check out.
