Not my week. Yesterday it was mouse and dishwasher hose. Last night it was overflowing washing machine:eek: . This machine is just 2 years old. It seemed the unit won't stop running the water. Flooded my laundry room into my kitchen. But, then when I run it manually switching the cycle, it seems to leak on the floor too???

Does this make any sense? Is it worth it for me to call repairman? Seems like a lemon, won't a repair of that nature be very costly or is it an easy fix, one I should consider even trying myself? This info is probably too vague, but, thought I'd try.

The first thing I would do is open the control panel and check if the pressure hose (clear plastic hose) got disconnected from the water level switch (#12 on the controls break down diagram).

If it's still in place, remove it from the switch and blow an air through.
It could be chewed by your lovely mouse.

If there is nothing wrong then the water level switch has to be replaced.

- The part number for the water level switch is AP3019752

- The part number for the pressure hose is AP3098609

Here are the break down diagrams for the Whirlpool washer Model LSR7133KQ0

I'm glad you were able to fix it.
