no heat checked heating element is good no restrictions in vent checked circirt breaker ok whats the problem

When you checked the breaker did you just look at it or did you turn it off/on. Sometimes you can loose half the line without tripping the breaker.
I would check that you have 240 volts at the machine.
Next would be the Thermal Fuse, this is the one by the heater
The Hi-Limit Thermostat, it is on the heater
The Operating Thermostat, it is on the blower case.
