Our washer sometimes stops on the rinse cycle and won't drain. We have to unplug it and plug it back in and eventually it will work. This last time, I'm not sure what happened but there was water all over the place. I'm thinking this thing is a ticking time bomb but I'm not sure. My wife says it works fine when she uses the "delicate cycle" instead of the normal cycle.

Thanks for any help!

If it works fine in one cycle that says there is nothing mechanically wrong with the washer, so I think your timer is the issue. There may be more than one version for this model, so when you order it from this site or your parts supplier you should have your serial number also.

Good luck.
