The fan runs 24 hours a day. Called the company Pacific Sales.
I am assuming this is the condenser/compressor fan.

They sent a technican over and he looked it and said that in this model, the fan runs 24 hours. We contacted other people that have this Refrigerator and they all claim that the fan turns off and turns on intermittant as needed. Spoke with someone else and they adviced that the fan is controled by the control board.
Could some please advice how to proceed so I can advice technican on how to fix it.
I think the tech is probably correct.
It looks like the fan runs whenever the compressor runs (see Page 6-1) and the unit is trying to keep the compressor running at a low speed as much as possible (see Page3-1). This is the most efficient.
The run time will vary depending on the ambient temperature, the amount of food in the freezer and fridge, the number of times the door is opened and the air flow over the compressor/condenser coils.
The fan should shut down when the unit goes into a defrost cycle but again the need for defrost varies.
I would check that the units condenser coils and kick plate vents are clean and that a piece of cardboard or something else is not blocking them.
