Oven is old and built in. When I turn it on it makes a loud buzzing sound that does not stop. It does feel like the element is heating up, but the sound is so awful I'm afraid to use it. What could it be?

Both model numbers you posted are not valid GE model numbers or the oven is much more then 30 years old or this is Canadian model numbers.

Verify and repost it, please.

Try to pinpoint the noise.
