This problem started about 3 weeks ago. The start/resume button would just flash and nothing else. Also, several buttons on the control panel would not light even if you pressed cancel. I called a technician out who tested several things but could not find an exact problem. He managed to get the unit into calibration mode and let it run. He said if the problem occurred again, replace the electronic control board. After calibration, the same problem occurred so I ordered and installed a new board. Same problem. The control panel was still malfunctioning, so I ordered and installed a new control panel. Now the keys are finally working correctly and I managed to run the calibration cycle again. Everything is working o.k., but I cannot get the soap dish to open, so I ordered and installed a new soap dish. Same problem, the soap dish will not open. Any ideas what I should test or replace next? Thanks for your time, Terry

Here is the tech sheet http://www.servicematters.com/d...0Sheet%20-%208572216.pdfCheck that the dispenser has the correct resistance. Remember to remove the wire from one side of it when measuring. This prevents the reading of an alternate/parallel circuit path. Also could try the diagnostics. |

Yes, I see a problem now. The new as well as the old control board has a diode labeled TR4 under the "disp" connector that is blown. I tested the connector for a short and it's o.k. The old dispenser is appears burned around the solenoid. Looks like I damaged the new board by plugging it into the old soap dispenser. I'll buy another control board and see if that fixes the problem. Thanks, Terry
