Washer fills and stops, timer continues but not the wash/agitate function. I opened the control panel and pushed in on the wire connector, the wash/agitate function starts and stops with pressure and wiggling like a short. I cleaned all contacts and reseated the connector several times with no effect. I don't know if it is inside the timer, or in the wire connector. Does anyone know which of the 10 or so wires in the connector bundle triggers the wash/agitate function, or where I could find a detailed wiring diagram? I could focus on that specific wire and check for continuity. You can push and pull the timer knob many times, or push and wiggle the connector until it finally connects, and it will begin to wash. I want to eliminate the wire before spending $100+ on a new timer for a 15 year old washer, or many hundreds more on a new washer.:)

Thanks,

Curt
