When starting a normal washing cycle not enough water is going into the dishwasher. Sounds like the water is going into the washer but not into the area where the dishes are because if you cancel the washing cycle water is draining.

In order to provide the most accurate advise I need the complete model number of the dishwasher.

Most likely the problem caused by the clogged water inlet valve.

In order to fix it the water inlet valve has to be replaced.

- The part number for the water inlet valve is AP3475832
