I cannot get the soap dispenser door to open automatically. I have reviewed the service technicians guide and have performed the following checks: The dispenser shaft is not frozen but operates freely. I felt that the times may have been malfunctioning and installed a new one with no change in the situation. The bi metal is properly adjusted and should release when voltage is applied, However, when I attached my meter leads to the wires feeding the bi metal, there was no registered voltage on the ac scale during the entire wash cycle. I don't have a wiring schematic showing he source of the voltage but have noted that one of the wires comes from a black box mounted on top of the Jet dry dispenser. Please advise the next step.
