As I said before, my Whirpool oven quit working while I was setting a time on backing status, then I oreder Elctronic control pannel, it did not work, then, replace the complet Control pannel all 3 items, did not work, I have been advise that I must have 220 volt on the Oven, I repace the Circut breaker, now I have 220 on the out put of circut breaker but have 110 on the Oven, can somebody help me and tell me what else I should do?
