The drain is clogged. On your model I believe you will have to remove the bottom half of the back cover in the freezer to access the drain. Under the coils you should see the drain hole. It will likely be covered with ice remove all the ice and using a turkey baser (or any squirt bottle with a small hole) force hot water down the drain until water flows freely. Then mix baking soda with water and pour it down the drain to prevent this from happing again anytime soon. Hope this helps! Refrigerator repair guide
