Hi guys I went to use the microwave @ lunch and when I turned it on everything seemed normal untill I hit the start button and it was humming on the left side of the unit and will not heat. the timer and dish inside is turning. can anyone help me with this or where can I come up with a service litture on it. as this unit is not quite 6 years old.

where do I go from here:confused:

I had some time to look a little more into this today. what I have checked is I have 120V to the transformer, checked the fuse and the Thermal fuse and both are ok. I discharged the Capaciter and checked it the best I can with what equipment I have it seems to be building voltage with the test meter on it. the one thing I supect is the Diode thats on the capaciter as I show this open when checking it with a volt meter ( its open both ways.) will this make the microwave humm and not cook even though every thing else on it works fine. or is there some way to test these componts other than what I have done could I be getting a false reading on my meter since these are higher voltage componts?
