I have a SHU4306UC/U06. My dishwasher is not completing the cycle. After two hours or so I end up pushing the Rinse & Hold button to run that cycle and stop. I also noticed that the Detergent cup latch (with spring) Part Number: AP2802332 made by BOSCH is broken. What are my next steps...

Thanks

I have the same SHit, shame on U 4306UC/U06. My dishwasher also did not complete the cycle.

I bought this dishwasher new and installed it myself in Nov. 2000; of coarse the warrantee on the electronics was only good for 5 years.

I changed my old dishwasher (Whirlpool) because of the age, noise and the cosmetic rust. What’s interesting is my old unit was over 20 years and I never had to call a service man out.

After having the repair man out and spending $100 for labor and $200 for a new Control Panel, it’s now running again. What I should have done is re-solder the heater relay myself and see if this worked. Before I put out the expense of a repair, which was 50% of the original cost. If you’re willing to take out 6 screws to remove the top cover, you will see that your circuit board will have a burnt solder joint, Easley repairable with a $15.00 solder iron!

Bosch should have a recall on these Control Panel and have there service technicians change it out at there expense, instead of taking advantage of the Consumer for there own Corporate Profits.

I only wish Consumers Reports would talk with me before they publish another report.
