washer will cycle up to rinse, sits there and drips water. I can manualy turn to spin & that works --- any help here ?

Most washers will only rinse with cold water. There are strainers on in the water inlet hoses check to see if they are clogged and if not replace the water inlet valve. Clothes Washer Repair Guide

You guys are great !!! Unhooked hoses, found red sand/clay clogging screens. Washer is fixed !!! Unusual to find this in a new house and all. Wonder what else is going to clog up next. Thanks again I'm sure I'll be back to this site.
