Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 10/11/2009(UTC) Posts: 2		Hi My samsung washer will turn on when I press power but then it appears that all the buttons are frozen including the power button - the only way in which I can turn it off is to switch it off at the wall. Any suggestions gratefully received - is it a simple problem or does it require a new control panel? if so, am I better getting a new machine? Many Thanks

Not sure we can help since those who reply on this site including myself do not have a lot of experience on this brand, but lets see what model you have and maybe we can help. Thanks
