Pf is a code for power failure, usually means the central control board does not recognize that it is getting power input.

Try to determine with a meter if power is getting to the board, and if so, the central control board is probably the problem. Unfortunately you will have to replace it to be sure, and you may want to use those funds towards a new or late model used dryer.
