not sure whats going on how do you acces drain inside freezer when white panels ajoinentire posterior wall?

Sorry cannot find any info on this unit on the net using the given Model Number. GE is a royal pain to find info on but you can usually at least find parts.
Is this a US model?

I had a bunch of questions here but just noticed that this is a duplicate post just with less info. so have edited them out.
