Hello all,

I am having my food freeze after I came home from a 6 day vacation.

There is a dial in the back, from 1-9 with 9 being the coldest....

I have set my fridge on 5 out of 9 which is the initial setting.... it is a older GE Profile.....

so i put it down to 1... still frozen ?

Any suggestions... I think its the thermostat that has gone bad.....

Curious if anyone has any information or suggestions !
