Oven temperature inconsistant In Bake mode set to 350 - oven panel says it is up to temperature but is maybe 300. It then can go to 380 - 400. In convection mode set to 350. Panel will says up to temperature too soon and vary from 300 to 400.(I know convention can automatically be reduced by 25 degrees.) Had GE service out twice. First time he replaced parts-can't find bill to tell what they were. Nothing changed-Second service call- he says it is working correctly. I am having a hard time believing that a 100 degree swing in all modes is correct. When baking food results vary in unexplainable ways. The reason is inconsistant temperature. I have a standard additional oven that when you set it to 350 it stays there. PLease advise-any suggestions? If this is normal then I will junk this thing and buy another. Thanks, Buddy

Hi Buddy,
Definitely this is not normal and most likely the problem is a bad oven control board. Unfortunately the part is no longer available.
Gene.
