I have had a Candy Eco System C4100 dishwasher fro a good few years now, there have been no problems with it until about 1 year ago, the cycle seems to stay at the initial point of where i set the dial, it doesn't move at all, i have to physically move it to the next stage everytime i want it to progress, obviously this is not the ideal solution.
does anyone know of any simple checks I can make myself before calling in an expert, i have only taken off the filter tray to check under there.
It is pumping to discharge the water no problem, it's just the electronics appear not to be telling the dial to move to the next stage???
