Can you unplug the igniter wires and retest the voltage?

Gene.

I have unpluged the igniter and retested voltage, then pluged igniter in and tested voltage coming out of igniter and both are 120 volts, and still no glow. On my tester the range is 1 to 1000 and the reading is than 1 at .3.Is that 300 ohms.

Dear bubby,

After discussing the problem with Gene we have come to the decission to send you a replacement ignitor. Please give us a call at 1-877-477-7278 with the complete model and serial number off your stove.

Let the representative you speak to know you have spoke to a technician and that I have made notes in your order.
