We are hearing a squeaking noise and would like to open the dryer to repair it. Can you help us?

The noise is probably coming from the support rollers or the
or the belt tension (or idler) pulley.
If you are going to try to service it I would recommend one of
these service kits whirlpool part number 4392065, and watch the videos
