Take the ice bin out and remove all the ice out the shoot. Open the door and press the door switch by hand. Look down in the shoot and press the lever to dispense ice. What should happen is that the flap should open and when you let go of the lever the flap should close after a delay of a few seconds. It should close tightly with no air gags.

If it doesn’t close tightly frost will build up in the shoot causing the ice to hang in the shoot.

There are two main causes for this on your model. One the flap will curl up on the edges causing it to bind when closing, replace the flap. The other is that the flap will hang on the little rubber flanges that are suppose to direct crushed ice into you glass. If this is the case cut the flanges out of the way.

If the flap is closing all the way it may be closing too quickly. If there is no delay between the time you let go of the lever and the time the flap closes the time delay board is bad. What happens is that if there is no delay the ice will continue falling a few seconds after the flap is closed. Hope this helps!
