Today I have damaged the ceramic top of our Magic Chef oven by overheating a cast iron pan, (leaving it on high and forgetting about it!)
It is a double oven and has the word CHATEAU on the front. I can't find the service manual or locate the model number on the appliance.
Is it possible to replace the ceramic top or will we need to replace the cooker?
Recently the ring under the damaged top has been sticking on high and so we might need to replace that ring also if possible.
Many thanks, M Strachan

The most likely cause of the burner sticking on high would be the the burner switch itself. As for the top to answer your question, yes it can be replaced but it will be expensive and it is not easy to replace. There is a chance it may be discontinued.
