Water accumulates at the bottom of the inside of the refrigerator and then leaks out onto the floor. Refrigerator does not have a water hook-up so is this condensate water? & how do I prevent the water from accumulating & leaking?

Sounds like your drain tube is clogged. If you look at the below link and then look at Compartment Separator Parts section, item 315 is the drain tube. The picture should help you out. The tube can be cleaned out with compressed air, or you can try using a turkey baster and force some hot water through it.
