I have a new gasket, part #WPL902894 which is a Maytag dishwasher door gasket. Directions to replace gasket were not included. Can you help. I am sure there are some important things to know and tricks on getting it in correctly so that there are no leaks. thank you:)

There is nothing very special about installation of this door seal. Remove the old seal paying attention to which part of it goes inside the channel. Find the center of the new seal and align it with the center of the tub top. Starting from this point, firmly press the new seal into the channel around the door frame.

We just replaced our gasket to our door but still have a leak and not only that now the door does not seem to close as well. Could it be we just did not do it right? it seems simple enough. i heard if you have a leak esp in one corner it is 99% sure it is the gasket.
