I even started putting a bag of Ice in it thinking we used a lot and it needed time to catch up. No help at all. It makes maybe a tray or two a day and the ice never even covers the bottom of the holder anymore. I am not sure what to do, is it the tube in the back? Do I change that or what? I don't want to call someone if I can help it. :confused: Missy
